Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for change-of-mind reasons.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within this 30-day window in Australia and New Zealand.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be new only and in resaleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns may be made by mail or in store, where applicable.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for returns that are not required under Australian Consumer Law, depending on the condition of the item and the reason for return. For change of mind items, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Items returned with damaged or incomplete packaging may incur a higher restocking fee or may be declined if they cannot be resold.

Bulky and High-Value Items (Including Kitchen Sinks)

Due to the nature of bulky and high-value items such as kitchen sinks, additional return conditions apply for change-of-mind returns.

For a change-of-mind return to be accepted:

The item must not have been installed or used

The item must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories included

The item must be in resaleable condition, as determined upon inspection

Return shipping costs for bulky items are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply for returns that are not required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that once an item has been installed, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

These conditions do not apply where a return is required under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Where a return is required due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and provide instructions for return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Packaging Damage

Items returned with damaged or incomplete packaging may incur a higher restocking fee or may be declined if they cannot be resold.

Delivery Attempt

Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailable access may result in additional delivery or re-delivery fees.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and where a product has a minor failure, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
